Banner Edging and Finishing   There are a number of ways to finish a banner, the method is really determined by the installation method chosen. Edge finishing can be done either to simply neaten the edges or to increase the strength and integrity ready for installation, particularly when using eyelets. Edging options include stitching, banner edge tape, welding and Kedar Edging. Stitching is as it sounds, when the edge is stitched or sewn, usually doubled over to provide a thicker base for punching through the eyelets. Kedar Edging can also be sewn directly onto the banner ready for installation with Kedar Track (more later).
